GiiNii a company known for digital picture frames (well, I can't say known, since I haven't heard of it, but whatever) has displayed an Android tablet at CES, that's already being touted as the iPod Touch of Android (expect alot of these in the future) it has a 4.3-inch, 480 x 272 touchscreen, a built in mic, camera, 256MB of internal memory, microSD card slot (why not just regular SD?), oh and a headphone jack.
Too bad all they could say for a price was "less than the iPod touch"
(This new item on my wishlist is thanks to Engadget)
