From a developer standpoint Safari on iPad and Chrome on the Nexus 7 blow this out of the water, but hey at least it's not Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8.
And I don't think "Full-Screen Browsing", "Multi-Touch", "Pinch and Zoom", "Fast and Fluid" and "Pin Sites Just Like Apps" are selling points against the iPad when it offered these things first.
Also, Internet Explorer 10 is out now [as a release preview] for Windows 7 users.
