This is pretty much a fighting game with anime characters from different series if you haven't noticed.

All I can say is I don't understand why they went with Shizuo for Durarara!!'s character, instead of Celty seeing as Shizuo is the only playable guy it seems (breaking this theme they sort of have going on) and Celty would be 100x more awesome as she can create any object she wants from her powers and often wields a scythe, all Shizuo has is an inhuman amount of strength, no special techniques or powers outside of that.
