The Google Nexus Player [Video]

Google announced the Nexus Player, a small puck shaped device running Android TV and surprisingly enough sporting an Intel processor instead of an ARM one like most Android devices.
Unlike the Chromecast this was built for running apps and games (there's even an optional game controller for it), and it even doubles as a Chromecast for extra video/movie/tv watching purposes.

The only thing I dislike about this thing so far is it lacks a bit of what Google TV offered. There's no Chrome browser, no IR blaster for universal remote functionality and it doesn't have an HDMI-in port for overlaying content right on top of whatever is on TV (Future Android TV devices might sport this stuff though).
