I honestly didn't watch the video yet, but basically with this plugin you can run the speedy Google Chrome from inside Internet Explorer, so if you want to check out all of the cool features this site has or will have in the future that Internet Explorer doesn't support, you can just install Google Chrome Frame and be on your way (I recommend it).
