So many people are ragging on the $1,300+ price tag on this thing, and honestly my only issue with it is the lack of apps. Chrome is a pretty in depth browser [arguably the most advanced], so Chrome OS doesn't need much more than what's already offered, it just needs apps to back it up.
Especially since they now have Packaged Apps, which are made with the same technology as web apps but have access to features needed in native apps, and Native Client which allows developers to embed native code in their web apps (so yes it can run Crysis, if they make it for Chrome OS).
